QTF has developed a reputation for taking on the most difficult assignments and producing the finest precision laser optic coatings in the photonics industry. Our thin film coatings often exceed the specifications of our customers. Our coating processes include ION Cleaning, Electron Beam, Enhanced Ion Assisted Deposition, and Reactive IAD. Coating materials include Fluorides, Metals, Sulfide/Selenide, and Oxides. Apeture specifications are from 0.5mm to 254mm. Currently we process UVFS, BK-7, CaF2, Infrasil, YAG, YLF, KTP, LBO, Er:Glass, SFAP, ZnSe, ZnS, FaAs, Ge, Si, ZGP among a continually growing range of materials. We are actively developing new processes in many areas including Laser Damage Threshold, High Temperature LBO Coatings, Ultra Stable Dielectrics, IR Transparent High Damage, and Super Polished Substrates among others. Regardless of your needs, QTF engineering will evaluate your design and work with you to develop the laser optic coating or laser crystal you can find.
